Our Objectives
Aya is the
Fern plant. It is one of many Adinkra (West African) life symbols and denotes
tenacity, resilience and fearlessness.
Priority focus
are Education, Health and Economic resilience
Use a
progressive, Pan Afrikan, Africentric orientation in all the work
Engage sustainable
development principles (structural focus-not charity model-, local economic
development initiatives, public policy changes, capacity building, Pan Afrikan
focused)
Prioritize
local partnerships and collaboration
